The project is prepared for Dr. Zeynel Abidin Erdem in Bodrum Göltürkbükü includes 3 villas and general usage areas on the land. Each villa has an average usage area of 2000 m2. At the entrance of the land, a 1000 m2 block has been designed for the use of guests and attendants. The land has a 180-meter long sandy beach. The villas are positioned to make the most of the view by using the steep slope of the land.
Each villa has its own closed garage. Vertical elevators descending from the villas to the beach were designed to reduce the fatigue of the steep slope. In addition, the land has been made enjoyable with the landscaping arrangements and the panoramic walkways going down to the beach. Villa facades are designed using natural stone and wood from the land.
